After completing a BA at the University of Adelaide, Jason
initially went into a successful career in sales. He subsequently
returned to study a Bachelor of Justice and finally transferring to
Bachelor or Law.
Jason worked and studied full time from 2007 onwards showing a
commitment to hard work and success. He is now admitted to practice
law in both South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Jason completed a two month Practical Legal Training placement
at Andersons Solicitors in late 2009, focusing on Family Law and we
were pleased to have subsequently employed him as a qualified
solicitor.
He has a great interest in Commercial Law matters. As a
member of the Commercial team Jason advises on general commercial
matters and assisting clients with a range of corporate issues
including protecting the rights and interests of those who have
suffered for reasons beyond their control.
Jason's practice also includes drafting of Wills, powers of
attorney and guardianship and advice regarding the administration
of deceased estates.
Jason has experience in Police matters ranging from drink
driving (DUI charges), traffic offences including cause harm and
cause death by dangerous driving, assaults, drug possession and
supply, sexual assault, possession and download of explicit image
and fire arms offences. Jason predominately operates his criminal
practice out of our Adelaide office and practices in the
Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of South Australia.
