Bio
Laura is an Associate in Andersons’ Wills & Estates team. She completed a double degree of Business Management and Law with honours in 2019 before being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia in 2020. She commenced her legal career in a local law firm as a generalist practitioner, working in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Law and Family Law before developing a passion in Wills and Estates.
Laura practices in the full scope of Wills and Estates, including estate planning (the preparation of Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys and Advance Care Directives), probate, estate administration and litigation.
Laura is experienced with navigating difficult probate and estate administration issues, including prosecuting and defending claims against executors. She also regularly appears in the Supreme Court of South Australia in relation to inheritance and estate disputes.
She is experienced in drafting Wills to address a wide range of different family situations and understands the importance of strong estate planning for future generations.
